At VMware Explore Las Vegas 2025, cybersecurity took center stage. With ransomware costs soaring and data breaches hitting even the largest global enterprises, Hock Tan and VMware leaders made one thing clear: cyber resilience is now a business survival issue, not just an IT responsibility.

The Rising Cost of Cyber Threats

The keynote highlighted how ransomware attacks and data leaks are redefining risk across every industry. Some sobering examples included:

Marks & Spencer: $440M lost after ransomware downtime crippled operations. Snowflake breach: A credential attack affecting 165 companies worldwide. U.S. Government Database leak: 2.9 billion records exposed, raising questions of national resilience.

These incidents underscore the stakes: one breach doesn’t just impact IT—it can destroy brand trust, erode customer confidence, and disrupt entire supply chains.

Introducing PCS Advanced Cyber Compliance

VMware’s answer is PCS (Private Cloud Services) Advanced Cyber Compliance—a new extension of the VMware Cloud Foundation platform designed to bake in resilience from day one.

Key capabilities include:

Multi-factor authentication & encryption: Protects data both at rest and in motion. Live patching & runtime protection: Vulnerabilities are addressed without downtime. Zero-trust security model: Assumes no implicit trust, enforcing strict access controls across every layer. vDefend & AVI Security: Deliver real-time visibility, intrusion detection, and web application protection. Continuous compliance enforcement: Ensures workloads meet regulatory standards (PCI, HIPAA, GDPR) automatically. Automated ransomware recovery: Detects, isolates, and recovers workloads while preserving compliance states.

This is security not as a bolt-on, but as a core design principle—reducing the need for endless third-party agents and tools.

Security vs. Agility – A False Trade-off

Traditionally, enterprises faced a painful choice: move fast or stay safe. Security was often seen as the blocker to innovation. VMware’s message at Explore 2025: those days are over.

With VCF 9.0 and PCS, organizations can now:

Deliver infrastructure “at the speed of the developer” with guardrails already in place. Scale AI workloads with built-in compliance enforcement. Automate disaster recovery to avoid the “all systems down” scramble.

Customer Perspective: Why This Matters

Enterprises like Barclays and Walmart shared how cyber resilience is not just IT hygiene—it’s essential for running mission-critical workloads.

Barclays: Needs PCI-compliant resilience as they scale AI workloads on-prem. Walmart: Operates thousands of global stores where downtime is simply not an option.

For both, PCS Advanced Cyber Compliance isn’t about passing audits—it’s about ensuring business continuity under pressure.

A New Era of Cyber Trust

Hock Tan closed this section with a reminder:

“Security is no longer a checkbox. It’s your license to operate.”

With PCS Advanced Cyber Compliance, VMware positions VCF 9.0 as the safest private cloud platform for enterprises navigating the age of ransomware. It provides not just protection but confidence—a foundation where IT can innovate without fear of compromise.

Key Takeaway

Cyber resilience is now business critical. With ransomware and breaches hitting harder than ever, VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0 delivers security by design, combining zero-trust principles, automated compliance, and rapid recovery.

For enterprises, this means fewer bolt-ons, faster operations, and a private cloud platform ready to withstand the threats of tomorrow.

VMware Kubernetes Service (VKS): Kubernetes Without the Complexity

One of the headline announcements at VMware Explore 2025 was the evolution of Kubernetes within VMware Cloud Foundation through the VMware Kubernetes Service (VKS).

For years, Kubernetes adoption has been hindered by complexity. Enterprises struggled with multi-cluster sprawl, uneven compliance, patching headaches, and the lack of operational expertise. VKS directly tackles these challenges by embedding Kubernetes as a fully managed, enterprise-grade service within vCF 9.0.

Why VKS Matters

Lifecycle Automation: VKS automates the full Kubernetes lifecycle—from cluster provisioning to patching, upgrades, and decommissioning—without requiring manual intervention. Consistency Across Environments: Whether running in a central data center, regional hub, or edge location, VKS provides a consistent operational model. Integrated Security: Security is enforced at the platform level, including RBAC, identity integration via Pinniped, network policies, and continuous compliance checks. Unified Developer Experience: Developers interact with Kubernetes the same way they would in the public cloud, but IT operations are unified and simplified under vCF.

Image suggestion: Screenshot or diagram of the VKS lifecycle workflow (cluster creation → monitoring → scaling → upgrade).

Developer Velocity at Scale

With VKS, developers can:

Spin up CNCF-compliant clusters directly through self-service portals or GitOps workflows. Use familiar toolchains such as VS Code, GitHub, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines without disruption. Seamlessly move between containerized workloads and traditional VMs on the same vCF platform.

Meanwhile, IT teams maintain centralized visibility and governance—ensuring developers move fast without creating compliance or security risks.

VKS in the Real World

Imagine a financial services company running trading apps and AI models side by side. With VKS:

Dev teams deploy microservices in Kubernetes for real-time transaction monitoring. Data teams spin up GPU-enabled clusters for AI-driven risk analysis. IT maintains audit trails, compliance enforcement, and disaster recovery policies automatically.

The result is not just agility, but confidence—something enterprises can’t afford to compromise.

This unified approach reduces operational overhead while empowering organizations to focus on innovation, not integration.

Canonical – Ubuntu embedded into VCF

The partnership with Canonical, the company behind Ubuntu, was another major highlight. By directly embedding Ubuntu into vCF, VMware strengthens both performance and security for enterprise cloud-native environments.

Key benefits include:

Chiseled Containers: Minimal, purpose-built containers containing only essential components—reducing attack surface and improving security posture. vGPU-ready Infrastructure: AI/ML workloads can now run with native GPU drivers pre-integrated, making vCF the fastest path to AI-ready infrastructure. Long-Term Supported (LTS) Ubuntu Images: Enterprises get fully maintained, hardened Ubuntu releases supported by Canonical—eliminating patching and upgrade guesswork.

This collaboration ensures developers and IT teams benefit from the best of both worlds: VMware’s enterprise-grade infrastructure with Ubuntu’s cloud-native agility.

Empowering Developer Autonomy with IT Governance

One of the most important themes of the session was balance: developers need freedom to innovate, while IT needs control to maintain compliance and governance. VMware’s vCF delivers exactly that.

Robust multi-tenancy: Business units like legal, finance, engineering, and operations can each consume resources independently under central IT policy. Self-service consumption: Developers gain direct access to Kubernetes, VMs, storage, and networking resources without waiting for IT tickets. Policy-driven governance: IT admins can predefine guardrails while still enabling flexibility for developers.

Examples included services like:

Private AI as a Service – Secure access to AI images and toolchains, ready to deploy in private environments. Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) – Pre-approved versions of Postgres, MySQL, and SQL Server delivered instantly with compliance controls.

Image suggestion: Demo screenshot showing developers launching Kubernetes + AI services from a self-service catalog.

This dual approach makes it possible for enterprises to move fast without breaking things—a recurring theme throughout the keynote.

Conclusion: A New Era of Cloud-Native Infrastructure

The message from VMware Explore was clear: Kubernetes isn’t just an add-on to vCF—it’s a first-class citizen. With seamless integration, CNCF compliance, Ubuntu collaboration, and AI-ready infrastructure, VMware is positioning vCF as the most secure, most complete, and easiest-to-manage private cloud platform for cloud-native workloads.

As organizations embrace containers, microservices, and AI-driven applications, vCF with Kubernetes and Ubuntu provides a future-proof foundation that scales without sacrificing security or governance.

Image suggestion: Closing keynote slide with “Cloud-Native at Scale” headline.

Introduction

The energy inside the Venetian Expo Hall was undeniable as thousands of attendees gathered for the opening keynote at VMware Explore Las Vegas 2025. Broadcom’s President and CEO, Hock Tan, took the stage with a message that was both bold and forward-looking: the private cloud is not just the future—it’s the foundation of enterprise IT today.

Last year, Tan emphasized that private cloud would define the enterprise future. Fast-forward twelve months, and the vision has become reality. The numbers speak volumes: nine out of ten IT leaders now rank private cloud as their top strategic priority, reflecting a decisive industry shift. This isn’t about speculation—it’s about transformation that’s already underway.

With Broadcom’s deep engineering investments since the acquisition, VMware has delivered a fully integrated, software-defined platform that consolidates compute, networking, and storage into a single, unified SKU. The result is VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0 (VCF 9.0)—a platform that does not simply compete with public cloud but, in many cases, surpasses it.

Tan’s message was clear: VCF 9.0 is the enterprise standard for a new era—secure by design, developer-friendly by default, and built to deliver agility without compromise. It’s not just another release; it’s the culmination of 25 years of VMware innovation, reimagined for a world defined by AI, cyber resilience, and cloud-native scale.

The result? VCF 9.0 now outperforms public cloud—delivering stronger security, improved cost management, and unmatched control.

Breaking Down the Barriers

Tan highlighted three major friction points IT leaders face—and how VCF 9.0 solves them:

Developers vs. Infrastructure

Developers don’t want to manage infrastructure—they want velocity.

VCF 9.0 unifies containers and VMs, delivering “infrastructure at the speed of the developer.”

Siloed IT Teams

Networking, storage, compute, and security teams often speak different languages.

VCF 9.0 unites them under one seamless platform, accelerating app deployment and reducing operational complexity.

Security vs. Agility

Businesses often trade off speed for protection.

VCF 9.0 comes with integrated, built-in security tools, removing the need for endless add-ons.

Customer Spotlight: Barclays

Stephen Flaherty, Global Head of Infrastructure at Barclays, shared how VCF underpins their mission-critical systems. For Barclays, private cloud is “the lifeblood of all technology across the market.” With AI workloads rapidly emerging, they’re bullish on VCF 9.0 as the foundation to host AI models on-premises with the elasticity, compliance, and security of public cloud—delivered within their own environment.

Barclays’ engineers are already evolving into poly-skilled teams, benefiting from the unified approach. Flaherty described the rollout of VCF 9.0 as “the first time we expect our engineers to have a true public-cloud-like experience on-prem.”

Closing Notes: A 25-Year Journey, A New Beginning

As the keynote drew to a close, Hock Tan reminded attendees that VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0 is more than just a product launch—it is the culmination of 25 years of VMware innovation. From the early days of server virtualization to the rise of the software-defined data center, VMware has consistently redefined the enterprise technology landscape.

Tan underscored that VCF 9.0 is not just about running workloads; it’s about enabling IT leaders to step into a new role: becoming the heroes of their organizations. With this platform, IT is no longer confined to managing infrastructure—it becomes a driver of business value, resilience, and competitive advantage.

“We want to make you a hero—the person who drives huge impact in your organization.” – Hock Tan

The message was clear: VMware’s journey has always been about transformation, but VCF 9.0 is where transformation becomes empowerment. It gives developers the velocity they crave, provides enterprises the cyber resilience they demand, and offers IT teams the tools to lead with confidence.

What’s Next: Dive Deeper in Our Blog Series

I am delighted to share that I will be attending VMware Explore 2025 in Las Vegas for the very first time. What makes this experience even more special is that I have been invited through the VMware Bloggers Program. Having attended many VMware events in the past, this invitation feels like a true milestone—an opportunity to not only participate but also contribute as part of the official blogging community. Being recognized in this way is a moment of real pride for me, and I am looking forward to sharing my perspective on this exciting event.

With so much valuable content on offer, planning ahead is essential. The session scheduling tool is now live for Full Event Pass holders, allowing attendees to customize their agendas by track, session type, or speaker.

Scheduling early ensures you won’t miss out on the most popular sessions.

Explore the full session catalog here

My Must-Attend Sessions

Beyond the Conference: Enjoying Las Vegas

Attending VMware Explore in Las Vegas is not just about the sessions—it’s also about making memories in one of the most dynamic cities in the world. Known as the Entertainment Capital of the World, Las Vegas offers endless opportunities to relax and celebrate after a full day at the conference.

Here are a few highlights to make your trip memorable:

The Las Vegas Strip: Famous for its dazzling lights, world-class hotels, and iconic landmarks like the Bellagio Fountains, the Eiffel Tower replica at Paris Las Vegas, and The Venetian’s Grand Canal.

Shows & Entertainment: From Cirque du Soleil productions to headline concerts and magic shows, Vegas offers some of the best live entertainment anywhere.

Culinary Experiences: The city is home to Michelin-starred restaurants, celebrity chef dining, and an incredible variety of global cuisines—from fine dining to indulgent buffets.

Unique Attractions: Ride the High Roller observation wheel at The LINQ, explore the Neon Museum, or take a gondola ride at The Venetian.

Day Trips: For those who want to venture beyond the city, the Grand Canyon and Red Rock Canyon offer breathtaking natural beauty just a short drive away.

Top Tips for First-Time Las Vegas Visitors

To make your trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible, here are a few practical tips:

Stay Hydrated: The desert climate can be very dry, so carry water with you—even indoors, the air conditioning can be dehydrating.

Comfortable Footwear: The Strip looks walkable but distances are much longer than they appear. Expect 10,000+ steps a day.

Budget Smartly: Las Vegas offers everything from quick bites to luxury dining. Plan a mix so you can enjoy without overspending.

Plan Transport: Walking, rideshares, and the monorail are the best ways to get around. Driving on the Strip can be time-consuming.

Balance Work & Play: Build in time to enjoy the city outside of the conference—whether that’s an evening show, a poolside break, or sightseeing.

Final Thoughts

Being invited by the VMware Bloggers Program to cover this event is both an honor and a source of pride. Having attended several VMware events in the past, this feels truly special—not just because of the scale and energy of Explore Las Vegas, but because it represents an opportunity to share insights, amplify community voices, and contribute to a global conversation on innovation.

With VMware Explore beginning next Monday, now is the time to fine-tune your agenda and get ready for a week filled with knowledge, networking, and inspiration—not to mention the chance to enjoy everything that Las Vegas has to offer.

VMware Explore is more than just a conference; it’s a pivotal event for anyone serious about their cloud journey, professional growth, and staying ahead in the ever-evolving IT landscape. And this year, it’s returning to the vibrant energy of Las Vegas from August 25-28, 2025, at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center! If you’ve been on the fence about attending, let me tell you why this is an opportunity you simply can’t afford to miss, and how to make the most of your experience.

Why Attend VMware Explore? Beyond the Buzzwords

VMware Explore offers an unparalleled blend of professional development, hands-on learning, and networking that can significantly accelerate your career and impact your organization’s success.

Professional Experience and Learning: Dive deep into the latest innovations in multi-cloud, modern applications, security, networking, and private AI. With hundreds of technical sessions, expert-led workshops, and deep-dive discussions, you’ll gain practical, actionable insights directly from VMware and Broadcom experts. This is your chance to understand how to apply cutting-edge solutions to real-world scenarios, enhance your problem-solving skills, and even earn valuable certifications.

First-Hand Experience: The renowned Hands-on Labs are a highlight, offering you the opportunity to test-drive VMware products and solutions in a live environment with no installation required. This immersive experience is invaluable for sharpening your skills and exploring new features before implementing them in your own environment.

Networking with Peers and Customers: The “hallway track” is legendary for a reason! VMware Explore brings together IT professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries. This is your chance to connect with peers, share challenges, exchange war stories, and learn from how others are tackling similar issues. You’ll meet potential mentors, collaborators, and even future employers. Beyond peers, it’s also a fantastic opportunity to engage directly with VMware experts, partners, and even customers, building connections that can open doors to new opportunities and insights.

Preparing for Your Las Vegas Adventure: The Essential Steps

Attending a major conference like VMware Explore requires a bit of planning to ensure you maximize your learning and enjoyment.

1. Secure Your Spot: Booking the Event

The first and most crucial step is to register for VMware Explore. Don’t delay! Early bird pricing often offers significant savings, and popular pass types can sell out. The official website is your go-to for registration.

Link to book the event: Keep an eye on the official VMware Explore website for registration details: https://www.vmware.com/explore/us.html

2. Lock Down Your Stay: Flights and Hotels

Las Vegas is a popular destination, and conference weeks see a massive influx of visitors.

Flights: Book your flights as far in advance as possible to secure better rates and preferred travel times. Consider flying into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS).

Hotels: Hotels, especially those near the convention center, can become expensive very quickly. The Venetian Convention and Expo Center is where VMware Explore will be held. Booking your hotel well in advance, ideally through the official event block if available, is highly recommended to secure discounted rates and proximity to the venue. Otherwise, explore options at nearby resorts like The Palazzo (connected to The Venetian), or other properties on the Strip.

3. Plan Your Learning Journey: Session Booking

Once registration opens and the content catalog drops, act fast to book your sessions! The most popular technical deep-dives and expert-led sessions fill up incredibly quickly, and you don’t want to be disappointed.

Strategy: Browse the content catalog thoroughly. Prioritize sessions that align with your learning goals and professional development. Create a personalized schedule, and if a session is full, add yourself to the waitlist. This also helps event organizers identify highly demanded topics.

Mobile App: Download the official VMware Explore mobile app as soon as it’s available. This will be your best friend for managing your schedule, seeing real-time room changes, and receiving important updates.

Beyond the Conference Walls: Experiencing Las Vegas

While learning is paramount, you’re in Las Vegas! Take advantage of the city’s unique offerings. The Venetian Convention and Expo Center itself offers fantastic facilities, including diverse dining options, but step out and explore!

The Strip: A walk along the famous Las Vegas Strip is a must. Marvel at the themed resorts, from the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas to the iconic Bellagio Fountains and the Mirage Volcano.

Sightseeing:

The High Roller Observation Wheel: For breathtaking panoramic views of the city.

The Neon Museum: A fascinating outdoor museum preserving iconic Las Vegas signs.

Area15: An immersive art and entertainment complex.

Dining: Las Vegas boasts a world-class culinary scene. From celebrity chef restaurants to more casual but delicious options, there’s something for every taste and budget. Consider exploring restaurants within The Venetian complex, or venture further to discover hidden gems.

Nightlife: After a day of intense learning, unwind and enjoy the vibrant Las Vegas nightlife. From high-energy nightclubs with top DJs to sophisticated lounges and incredible shows (think Cirque du Soleil!), Las Vegas offers endless options for evening entertainment.

Essential Travel Tips for a Smooth Trip

A little preparation goes a long way, especially when traveling for a major conference.

Passport Check: If you are an international attendee, ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay and check if you require a U.S. visa or an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) well in advance. Visa processing times can be lengthy, so don’t leave this to the last minute.

Multiple Plug Charger/Power Bank: You’ll be using your devices constantly for scheduling, note-taking, and networking. Don’t forget a multi-plug charger or a portable power bank to keep all your gadgets fueled throughout the day.

Comfortable Shoes: This cannot be stressed enough! Convention centers are vast, and you’ll be doing a lot of walking. Prioritize comfortable footwear over fashion.

Layers: Las Vegas weather can be unpredictable, and convention centers are often heavily air-conditioned. Pack layers – a light jacket or sweater will be your best friend.

Stay Hydrated: The desert climate of Las Vegas can be dehydrating. Carry a reusable water bottle and refill it frequently at water stations around the venue.

VMware Explore Las Vegas is an investment in your future. By planning ahead and embracing both the learning opportunities and the city’s unique charm, you’re set for an incredibly rewarding and unforgettable experience. I look forward to seeing you there!

VMware Explore is coming soon to Las Vegas and Barcelona! If you haven’t booked yet, take advantage of the early bird discounts. You can save $400 just by registering before June 11th registration links Registration, In this post I am going to focus on Las Vages.

Book That Travel ASAP

Visa or ESTA? Let’s begin our exploration by addressing the obvious – travel documentation. To attend VMware Explore in Las Vegas, international participants must possess either a valid visa or an approved Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). Don’t let bureaucratic hurdles dampen your enthusiasm for this tech event! Make sure you have the necessary paperwork sorted well in advance of your departure date.

Conquering Jet Lag Ah, the dreaded jet lag – the nemesis of every globe-trotter. Fear not, my fellow adventurers! There are a few simple techniques that can help you overcome this formidable challenge. Consider adjusting your sleep schedule a few days prior to your flight, I personally try to arrive a day or two before the event. Stay hydrated throughout your journey, and embrace the local time zone as soon as you arrive at your destination. Trust me; you’ll be grateful when you’re wide awake and bursting with energy on that first day.

If you’re reading this, chances are you some of you have managed to snag that coveted VMware Explore ticket. Lucky you! But now the real fun begins – actually making the most of this epic event. Having attended a lot of VMware events, I know first-hand how overwhelming yet rewarding the experience can be. From the inspiring keynotes to the brilliant minds you’ll encounter, it’s a tech buff’s dream. But without some insider intel, you might feel like a lost duckling. Don’t worry, I’ve got your back with these pro tips!

Explore is a hot ticket, meaning hotels and flights get snapped up lightning fast. My advice? Book that travel the second you get your hands on those passes. It’ll save you a hefty chunk of cash and spare you the hassle of overpriced everything. The VMware squad usually hooks us up with hotel discounts too, so keep an eagle eye out for those gems.

Ditch the Hotel Trap

Speaking of accommodation, who wants to blow their budget on a fancy hotel anyway? You’re in Vegas, baby – time to get creative! Platforms like Airbnb can offer way more bang for your buck, snagging you a swanky pad without those obscene markups. Just watch out for any sneaky hosts canceling last minute for a higher payout – been there, done that.

Better yet, go all-in with your squad and snag a massive Airbnb palace. Private crash pad for your crew with all the amenities? Yes, please! If commuting isn’t a deal-breaker, widen your search radius too. Those outer ‘burbs have wallet-friendly stays galore, and VMware’s got shuttle services to whisk you straight to the action.

Pack for Success

Trust me, you don’t want a wardrobe malfunction derailing your Explore experience. That desert heat is no joke, so pack light, breathable layers to stay fresh. But don’t forget a cozy jacket for those chilly Nevada nights. Comfy kicks are mandatory too – you’ll be racking up some serious steps around that massive venue.

Oh, and while we’re on the subject of essentials – sunscreen, people! Unless you’re angling for that lovely lobster look. Have some time aside to explore Las Vages too.

Registration Day

Get Ready! Prepare yourselves, ladies and gentlemen! Registration day can be a whirlwind of activity. Arrive early, collect your badge, and get ready to be swept away by the excitement in the air. This is your opportunity to connect with like-minded enthusiasts, share experiences, and perhaps even score a few complimentary goodies. And remember, don’t overlook the importance of networking; you never know what valuable connections may come your way.

Attend the Talks That Matter

With so much happening at Explore, it’s tempting to go talk-crazy and burn yourself out. My advice? Wait for those highly-anticipated keynotes to wrap before picking your sessions. VMware’s sure to drop some game-changing announcements, and you’ll want to prioritize the freshest, most relevant content.

Once that glorious schedule’s released, pounce on those must-see sessions and book your spot pronto. No more wrestling crowds for a coveted seat!
Agenda – https://www.vmware.com/explore/us/attend/agenda

Ditch the Wi-Fi Woes

Fact: Conference Wi-Fi is pretty much always a dumpster fire. Relying on those flaky networks is just asking for frustration, so do yourself a solid and prep that mobile data plan. If you’re stuck without one, seek out quieter pockets of the venue for a better signal.

Don’t Go Overboard

With so much happening at Explore, it’s easy to get FOMO and try cramming everything in. Resist that urge, my friend! The talks will all be online soon anyway, so leave room to actually experience the event. Hit those unforgettable demos and code labs, soak up those office hours with VMware geniuses – that’s where the real magic happens.

Network Your Heart Out

Let’s be real, the people you meet at Explore are half the fun! This is your chance to connect with passionate techies from every corner of the globe. Don’t be a wallflower – put yourself out there, swap stories and insights. You never know what brilliant mind you might click with.

Networking is also a great way to learn from other’s experiences, you’d be crazy not to pick the brains of all those VMware experts! They’re an open book, folks – grill them on your toughest pain points, get priceless advice and feedback. This is your chance to shape the products you actually use, so don’t squander it!

Navigating the Conference Once you’ve successfully registered, it’s time to navigate the conference like a pro. Familiarize yourself with the event schedule and plan accordingly. Take advantage of interactive sessions, workshops, and keynote speeches to expand your knowledge and gain insights from industry experts. Don’t be shy about engaging in discussions and asking questions – this is your chance to make the most out of this enriching experience.

Making the Most of Breaks While attending VMware Explore, take advantage of the breaks between sessions to recharge and network. Visit the exhibition area to discover innovative products and services, engage with exhibitors, and explore potential collaborations. Additionally, use these breaks as an opportunity to connect with fellow attendees, exchange ideas, and build relationships that may prove beneficial in the future.

And when the sun goes down? Time to party! VMware always has some awesome social shindigs lined up where you can kick back with newfound friends (or potential colleagues!). Network hard, play harder, am I right?

Mingle Like a Maverick

Here’s the real Pro Tip: The magic of Explore lies in the people you meet. These folks are the brightest minds in the game – innovators, disruptors, downright geniuses. Don’t just attend and dip, friends. Put yourself out there! If you see that dev whose code changed your life, buy them a drink. If you’re stuck in yet another line, chew the fat with those around you. You never know where a simple conversation might lead.

Don’t just attend Explore – immerse yourself in it. Soak up every ounce of knowledge, every connection, every wild Vegas moment. This event is atech extravaganza, and you owe it to yourself to dive in headfirst!

Certifications

Another fantastic reason to attend VMware Explore is the opportunity to take VCP and VCAP exams at half-price during the event. You can also visit the Certification booth near the exam area, where they often give out certification pins.

Capturing the Experience Lastly, don’t forget to capture and document your experience at VMware Explore. Take photos, write notes, and share on social media to showcase your involvement and contribute to the event’s buzz. By doing so, you not only create lasting memories but also establish your presence within the tech community.

So gear up, prepare yourself for an exciting adventure at VMware Explore 2024, and make the most out of this incredible opportunity to learn, connect, and grow in the world of technology
